What is the financial investment?

I am currently offering a reduced fee until November 2024.

What is
the time investment?

The first session, lasting about 90 minutes, is when we’ll get to know each other, establish the coaching agreement, and explore your goals, visions, strengths, and values. All remaining sessions are 45  minutes and are held once a week or every other week.


I recommend committing to at least eight sessions to make lasting changes, but it’s ultimately up to you!

Where do we meet?

You will meet with me virtually via Zoom from the safety and comfort of your own home, with the assurance of confidentiality at all times.
